Michael Lukaszewski
After 12 years as a youth pastor and six years at a church planter, Michael now works with churches all over the country. Recovery and restoration is a part of his story, and it’s influenced how he helps leaders lead from a position of health. Michael is married to Jennie and they have three kids. @mlukaszewski

Dino Rizzo
Dino serves as the Executive Director of ARC (Association of Related Churches), an organization he co-founded which has planted over 408 churches across the country. He is also the author of the book Servolution. In 1992, Dino and his wife DeLynn founded Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a church they pastored for twenty years. Today, Dino also serves as an Associate Pastor at Church of the Highlands in Birmingham. Dino and DeLynn have three incredible children. @dinorizzo and @servolution

Chad Hunt

Chad Hunt is a Practitioner, Leader, Coach and Lead Pastor of Caveland Church in Cave City, Ky. Caveland Church reaches between 600-700 people each weekend in a community of 2,000 people; and will launch a video venue in the spring of 2014. Caveland Church also operates three recovery homes, engaging people with the gospel. He is the author of Addiction Deliverance Outreach book and workbook, a recovery model that is now used nationwide and the author of S.O.S. Rescuing the Rural Church (to be released 2014). Chad has a heart to reach rural and urban churches and help them grow by making a gospel impact through strategic planning.

Matt Kowalski

Matt Kowalski is the pastor of Central Christian Church’s Care ministries department and also serves as the ministry leader for their Celebrate Recovery program. Through the power of God, Matt overcame his own hurts, habits and hang-ups and has since been called to help bring the good news of hope, recovery and transformation to others. Matt believes in providing a safe environment where people can experience God’s radical grace on their journey through recovery.

Mike Ash

Mike was an intricate part of planting Next Level Church in 2002.  With over ten years of ministry, he has seen the church grow from four people meeting in a coffee shop to the thousands who now call NLC their home. Mike currently leads Next Level Church’s directional team and is Pastor Matt’s second-in-command. He helps Pastor Matt & Sarah implement the vision for the church and also oversees the day-to-day operations. In addition to speaking on NLC’s stage multiple times a year, Mike also coaches Executive Pastors and Lead Pastors around the country.

Brandon Cox is Lead Pastor of Grace Hills Church, a new church plant in northwest Arkansas. He also serves as Editor and Community Facilitator for and Rick Warren’s Pastor’s Toolbox and was formerly a Pastor at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California. In his spare time, he offers consultation to church leaders about communication, branding, and social media.

Derwin Gray

Derwin L. Shannon O’Dell

People know Shannon as innovative, inspiring and committed to reaching out to struggling rural churches and churches with a rural state of mind. He has served Brand New Church as senior pastor for over seven years in Bergman, Arkansas, a small community of just over 400 people. Brand New Church has grown from 31 to 2000 members with 7 campuses, network churches, and an online campus under Shannon’s leadership. He is also the author of “Transforming Church in Rural America”.

Artie Davis

Artie Davis is a pastor at Cornerstone Church in South Carolina. He is also the director of The Sticks, a gathering designed to empower small city pastors and leaders as well as the author of “Craveable Church”.

Jenni Catron

Jenni Catron serves as the Executive Director of Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN, a 10-year old multi-site church. She leads the staff of Cross Point and oversees the ministry of its five campuses. Prior to joining the staff of Cross Point, she worked as Artist Development Director in the Christian music industry for 9 years. She also speaks at conferences and churches nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently in the different spheres of influence God has granted them. In 2013 Jenni co-authored a book for women leaders entitled Just Lead! She blogs at and contributes to a number of other online publications as well.

Tony Morgan

Tony is the Chief Strategic Officer and founder of The Unstuck Group. He’s a consultant, leadership coach and writer who helps churches get unstuck and have a bigger impact. For 14 years, Tony served on the senior leadership teams at West Ridge Church (Dallas, GA), NewSpring Church (Anderson, SC) and Granger Community Church (Granger, IN). With Tim Stevens, Tony has co-authored Simply Strategic StuffSimply Strategic Volunteers and Simply Strategic Growth – each of which offers valuable, practical solutions for different aspects of church ministry. Greg Surratt is the founding pastor of Seacoast Church which is located in Mount Pleasant, SC. He is also a founding board member of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), a church planting network that has given birth to over 200 churches in the last 10 years.

Naeem Fazal

Naeem Fazal planted Mosaic Church in Charlotte, NC in 2006. Since launching Mosaic, he has been featured in Relevant Magazine, Leadership Journal and Charlotte Magazine. He is also a member of the ARC advisory team, Origins Project Leadership Team and is affiliated with the Mosaic Alliance and Church Multiplication Network.

Ryan May

Ryan May planted The Net Church in Chattanooga, TN in 2008.

Ernest Smith

Ernest Smith was the Leadership Development Pastor at Seacoast Church since the last 90s. He and his family recently moved to Denver, CO to plant a new church – Front Range Christian Church.

Shawn Wood

Shawn Wood planted Freedom Church in Moncks Corner, SC in 2011. In addition, he is the author of 200 Pomegranates, Audience of One, and Wasabi Gospel.
