Geoff lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Sherry. (CEO of MOPS International) Geoff and Sherry have two awesome kids (Mike and Brittainy), a wonderful daughter-in-law (Hilary) and the most beautiful granddaughters on earth (Maggie Claire and Mollie Rose). Geoff has served on staff at Seacoast Church and Saddleback Church. He now serves as Pastor of Church Planting at Southeast Christian in Parker, Colorado as well coaching churches and leaders around the country.

Scott McConnell
Scott has spent over fifteen years as a research professional. Research has addressed the beliefs, behaviors, needs and preferences of church leaders, laity, and the unchurched. Research topics have included a variety of issues including parenting, young adult church dropouts, the formerly churched, standout churches who are effective in evangelism, and multi-site churches. He is the Associate Director of LifeWay Research and author of the book, Multi-Site Churches: Guidance for the Movement’s Next Generation.

Michael Lukaszewski
After 12 years as a youth pastor and six years at a church planter, Michael now works with churches all over the country. Recovery and restoration is a part of his story, and it’s influenced how he helps leaders lead from a position of health. Michael is married to Jennie and they have three kids. @mlukaszewski

Dino Rizzo
Dino serves as the Executive Director of ARC (Association of Related Churches), an organization he co-founded which has planted over 408 churches across the country. He is also the author of the book Servolution. In 1992, Dino and his wife DeLynn founded Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a church they pastored for twenty years. Today, Dino also serves as an Associate Pastor at Church of the Highlands in Birmingham. Dino and DeLynn have three incredible children. @dinorizzo and @servolution

Scott Williams
Scott Williams served as a key leader and Campus Pastor for He is the Chief Solutions Officer for Nxt Level Solutions, a consulting company he founded to help businesses, non-profits and individuals with both internal and external growth. Scott is speaker, strategist, consultant and developer of leaders. He is an avid blogger at, and leverages Social Media to make a Kingdom impact. Scott is passionate about leadership development, organizational growth and diversity. He is the author of “Church Diversity – Sunday The Most Segregated Day Of The Week.” Scott is married, a father of two, and lives in Oklahoma City, OK.

Herbert Cooper
Herbert Cooper is one of the most highly sought after speakers, conducting revivals and crusades and speaking at conferences, youth camps and youth conventions across America. In addition, he is a worldwide speaker preaching in the Ukraine; Malawi, Africa and in Uganda, Africa, in front of crowds numbering in excess of 15,000. In Herbert’s last year in full-time evangelistic ministry, he spoke to approximately 30,000 teenagers and thousands of adults in over 20 different states around America. In April of 2001, God spoke to Herbert and Tiffany to plant a multi-cultural church in a major city in America. In May of 2001, the Lord directed them to the north side of Oklahoma City. In January 2002, the Coopers sold their home in Springfield, Missouri, and moved to Oklahoma City to begin People’s Church. People’s Church began on May 12, 2002 with 65 people in attendance and is now ministering to 5,000 people every week.

Jimmy Rollins
Jimmy Rollins serves as the Lead Pastor of i5 CHURCH located in Odenton, MD. With deep roots in West Anne Arundel County as a lifelong resident, he has a heart for the community in which he serves. As a passionate and innovative communicator, Jimmy seeks to make the complex simple. He constantly challenges his audience to live beyond themselves. John Siebeling
John and Leslie Siebeling are the founders and lead pastors of The Life Church, a thriving, multicultural body of believers committed to serving people, developing leaders and impacting generations. Their passion for building God’s House began early, faithfully volunteering in their local church as young people in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After serving for many years, John became the college pastor at his local church until he and Leslie moved to Kenya, Africa as missionaries.
While in Africa, John and Leslie served as a part of the pastoral staff of Nairobi Lighthouse Church, a church reaching thousands of people each week and making a significant impact in Africa. John and Leslie’s time in Africa left an imprint on their hearts that dramatically impacted their view on life and church and further developed their passion for other cultures. Chad Hunt

Chad Hunt is a Practitioner, Leader, Coach and Lead Pastor of Caveland Church in Cave City, Ky. Caveland Church reaches between 600-700 people each weekend in a community of 2,000 people; and will launch a video venue in the spring of 2014. Caveland Church also operates three recovery homes, engaging people with the gospel. He is the author of Addiction Deliverance Outreach book and workbook, a recovery model that is now used nationwide and the author of S.O.S. Rescuing the Rural Church (to be released 2014). Chad has a heart to reach rural and urban churches and help them grow by making a gospel impact through strategic planning.

Matt Kowalski

Matt Kowalski is the pastor of Central Christian Church’s Care ministries department and also serves as the ministry leader for their Celebrate Recovery program. Through the power of God, Matt overcame his own hurts, habits and hang-ups and has since been called to help bring the good news of hope, recovery and transformation to others. Matt believes in providing a safe environment where people can experience God’s radical grace on their journey through recovery.

He helps Pastor Matt & Sarah implement the vision for the church and also oversees the day-to-day operations. In his spare time, he offers consultation to church leaders about communication, branding, and social media.

Shannon O’Dell

People know Shannon as innovative, inspiring and committed to reaching out to struggling rural churches and churches with a rural state of mind. He has served Brand New Church as senior pastor for over seven years in Bergman, Arkansas, a small community of just over 400 people. Brand New Church has grown from 31 to 2000 members with 7 campuses, network churches, and an online campus under Shannon’s leadership. He is also the author of “Transforming Church in Rural America”.

Artie Davis

Artie Davis is a pastor at Cornerstone Church in South Carolina. He is also the director of The Sticks, a gathering designed to empower small city pastors and leaders as well as the author of “Craveable Church”.
